My first entry

So this is my first entry in our "live journal". Sorry I haven't been better at this whole keeping up thing. I have been crazy busy since school started. At the beginning of the semester I met with the prof that I do research under and planned out my life. I am now taking two geology and two geography classes. One of my geology classes is all about sedimentry rocks. Meave when sit in your earth science class and the teach mentions these things called sedimentry rocks imagina whole semester of just that. I am really happy with these classes. This big news is that I plan on going abroad next fall to Australia. The prof that helped me plan out my life is leading a semester long study group in geography next fall. This would mean that I would skip my last season soccer. I know, I know Steph the soccer nut missing her last season of soccer...shocking. Well, when it came down to it I really regret not going this year and this is the best prof ever to lead it. I get along great with him and he told me that if I want to go I will definetly get accepted which is nice because they only take about 1/2 the student that apply. Australia would be amaizing and somthing that I will remember for a lot longer than another semester of "riding the pine", "wamring the bench",not playing what ever you like to call it. I am really excited about it!!! So that's all the excititng news in my life and now it's off to bed. Good night!
